You have the ability to target contact Reachdesk events, e.g. Target customers that have just claimed a gift card, been delivered a package etc.
This is done by using the custom event that was set up in the initial Marketo setup.
This is how you set it up:
In the Smart List target 'Receives a gift' > Send a gift: is not empty > action: is > {whatever you want to target}
