Change a Marketplace Product within an existing Campaign

  • Updated

You can easily switch a marketplace product within an existing campaign without starting from scratch. Keep your settings like team assignments, triggered campaign connections, Zapier workflows, and address confirmation templates—all intact.

Only admins and campaign managers can access this feature.

Why You Might Change a Product

Switching products can help you:

  • Update offerings without rebuilding a campaign

  • Keep workflows running smoothly

  • Maintain consistent team and automation setups

This works for both manual and automated campaigns.

What You Need to Know First

⚠️ Important: Changing a product will delete any data specific to the previous product's variables.
This includes:

  • Gift notes

  • Image uploads

  • Drop-down selections

  • Engraving lines

  • Other product-specific fields

What stays the same:

  • Team assignments

  • Triggers and Zaps

  • Campaign settings

  • Address confirmation emails

💡 Tip: Save any messages, images, or custom inputs from the original product if you want to reuse them.

📌 Note: This change affects only new sends.
Existing sends (pending, address pending, processed, etc.) will keep the original product.

  • After selection, you’ll return to the campaign settings.

Step 4: Update Product Variables

  • Refill any necessary product-specific fields (gift notes, images, dropdowns, etc.).

  • Consider updating:

    • Campaign Name (if it includes product details)

    • Address Confirmation Message (if it refers to the previous product)

Step 5: Save Your Changes

  • Once you're happy with the updates, click Save at the bottom.

Your campaign is now updated and ready to go with the new product!
Everything else—automations, triggers, teams—remains connected and functional. 🎉
