Bundle Campaign Packaging Terms and Conditions

Packaging plays a big role in the gifting experience, and we want to work with you to create a great unboxing experience.

Standard Packaging Requests (Free)

Our warehouses has a standard process for packaging bundles, which you can find here. On the bundle campaign page, you can specify instructions if they are related to how the items in the gift are placed in order, or if you want them packed in a specific way.

Advanced Packaging Requests (Special Projects with additional cost)

Requests outside the list above are handled case by case. Examples include:

• Tying ribbons around boxes

• Adding sleeves around multiple items

• Assembling products before packing

These requests count as Special Projects and are charged according to our Warehouse Costs Rate Card. Please reach out to support@reachdesk.com to arrange it.

A Note On Shipping Chocolate

Please be aware that we do not provide cold packs for shipping. We strongly advise against sending chocolate during warmer months, as it is likely to melt in transit.
