Invoicing

All invoices will need to be sent to marketplace@reachdesk.com. Please include on the invoice all the accumulated orders over the agreed period along with the order numbers and your bank details.

Inventory update

It any item goes out of stock please inform us as soon as possible by emailing marketplace@reachdesk.com with the product name and when it will back in stock.

To add new products please download the Vendor onboarding form and email it to marketplace@reachdesk.com
