Amazon tab in the main navigation menu
Amazon is now available as a dedicated tab under Catalogs in the main navigation, making it much easier to browse and access Amazon products outside of campaign creation and send flows; alongside this, we’ve added the quick switcher in the top right so users can move seamlessly between the Reachdesk Marketplace and Amazon from one place.
Amazon Bundles Cost Visibility in the Sends page
We’ve enhanced Amazon Bundles cost reporting so the Sends tab cost now includes the full Amazon order cost in the total cost shown for bundle orders, rather than only displaying warehouse charges like pick and pack fees and shipping from the warehouse. This means the cost of the Amazon product, shipping into the warehouse, and the bundled fulfilment costs are now all captured together, with these updated costs also syncing through to CRM syncs when set up.
We’ve also improved the Sends tab CSV export so it now includes the specific Amazon product chosen for each send. For both Amazon Bundles and Marketplace sends, this will appear under the “Chosen marketplace gift” column, making it easier to see exactly what was sent to each recipient.
Support agent powered by AI
Our support agent has been revamped to help you resolve issues faster. You can ask the agent any question related to Reachdesk and it look for the relevant answer from our help center. You can also search through our help center yourself, or if you need more help, speak to a human agent. To use it, simply, click on the question icon at the bottom left of the menu.
Add custom attributes to TriggerCampaign API
Our TriggerCampaign API allows you to create gifts from campaigns automatically via API. We have enhanced this feature so you can add custom attributes that can be used when setting up campaigns.
Simply define the name and the value of your custom attributes in the request.
Edit a campaign, and use the custom attribute as a variable by adding the name in curly brackets. For e.g. if you want to customize the gift options and gift note for a brandable product, you can insert them as variables on the campaign's Gift details below.
Stay tuned for our next updates!
