Our sending experience has been refreshed to make sending eGifts smoother and more intuitive.
Before You Start
Before you begin, make sure of the following:
You have chosen an eGift campaign with brands redeemable in your recipient’s country
Your wallet balance covers the cost of the gift and any applicable fees
Send an eGift Step by Step
The eGift Catalog (Catalogs > eGifts) is for browsing only. Sends are always initiated via the Send Gift button.
1. Select the campaign
Go to Send Gift and select the eGift campaign you want to use.
2. Add the recipient
Under Who is the recipient?, enter the recipient’s details. You can also search for the recipient directly in an integrated platform.
3. Choose how to send
Select whether you'd like to send the campaign via generating a link, or via email and hit eGift Settings.

Via Email: Select the gift card amount (ensure this is within the campaign's minimum and maximum budget).
On the next page, you can customize your message.
Via Link: Set the eGift amount (ensure this is within the campaign's minimum and maximum budget).
4. Select the wallet
Choose the user or team wallet for the send.
5. Review the send details
Under Review, check all details. If you need to make changes, click the edit hyperlink above the relevant section.
6. Send, schedule, or generate
Depending on your delivery method, your final action will vary:
Send: Sends the eGift immediately
Schedule Send: (Email only) Choose a specific date and time for the email to land in their inbox
Generate Link: (Link only) Creates a unique URL for you to copy and share manually
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can’t I see my campaign?
By default, the platform hides campaigns that are out of stock or exceed your current balance. Toggle Include unavailable campaigns under Filters to see all campaigns.
Why is a wallet greyed out?
A greyed-out wallet indicates insufficient funds to cover the total cost.
Can I send a physical gift card?
Reachdesk eGift campaigns support the sending of digital (virtual) gifts only and do not include the option to send physical gift cards.
