Our sending experience has had a refresh! We've changed the experience to make it smoother and more intuitive to send e-gifts.
Step by Step
1. Select 'Send Gift' and select the Gift Card campaign you want to send
Make sure to select a campaign with gift cards that are redeemable in your recipient’s country.
Also, keep in mind — you’ll only see campaigns that fit within your current wallet balance.
2. Who is the recipient?
Enter the details of the recipient that you're sending to, or search for them in your chosen CRM.
3. Tell us how you'd like to send the campaign
Select whether you'd like to send the campaign via generating a link, or an email and hit eGift Settings.
4.a If you pick via email, pick you the gift card amount for your recipient, and customise your email on the next page.
4.b If you pick to send via a link, set the eGift amount for your recipient:
5. How do you want to pay?
Here you will be able to pick which wallet (user or team wallet) you'd like to use to cover the cost of your send. When a wallet is greyed out at this step is because it doesn't have enough balance.
6. Review your send
In this final step, you can see all of the details related to your send, but can also head back and change any of the details should you wish, by hitting the 'edit' hyperlink above each section.
7. Schedule your send or send right now.
You can click 'Send' to send the gift card right away or if sending via email, you can choose to have it sent on a specific date using the 'Schedule Send' option.
And you are all set!
