Improved item creation and editing for warehouse inventory
We’ve refreshed the item creation and edit experience for warehouse SKUs, giving customers a cleaner and more streamlined way to manage inventory details.
The updated page brings key item information into one easier-to-navigate view, reducing the need to move between separate tabs when adding or editing warehouse items. Item images, specifications, restrictions, and customs details are now presented more clearly, helping teams provide the information needed for smoother warehouse handling and fulfilment.
Customers can also now see the warehouse-friendly name for each item. This name is generated from the item specifications provided and is used to help warehouses identify products accurately. To support this, we’ve added character limits to item specification fields so generated names are better optimized for warehouse processes, barcoding, and customs information.
We’ve also added validation to prevent the same warehouse-friendly name from being generated more than once, helping ensure each SKU has a clear and distinct name.
To make setup quicker, item detail autofill now triggers after the item name and description are completed. We’ve also added power bank as a dedicated item specification, making it easier to flag products that may require special handling or shipping considerations.
This update helps teams create more accurate warehouse SKUs, reduce fulfilment delays, and manage inventory details with greater confidence.
New and improved address confirmation page
We’ve updated the address confirmation email and page to create a more modern, trustworthy, and personalized recipient experience.
The refreshed layout uses a cleaner, more neutral design, while still giving teams the option to customize the button colour to better match their brand. Senders can also add a personal signature to campaigns and sends, helping recipients clearly see who their gift is from and adding a more human touch to the experience.
We’ve also improved how gift images and messages appear across the email and confirmation page. Teams can choose between a generic gift image, a Reachdesk product image for Marketplace campaigns, or upload their own custom image. Messaging now stays consistent across the email and confirmation page, creating a smoother journey for recipients.
Recipients can also opt in to tracking updates for their gift and more easily contact the sender from the confirmation page.

Recipient Gift Card Reminder Emails
We’ve added automated reminder emails to help recipients complete their gift card selection in time.
When a recipient claims a gift card, they have 90 days to choose their preferred brand. If they haven’t made a selection, Reachdesk will now send reminder emails on days 30, 60, and 83, letting them know they still need to pick a brand and how much time remains before the gift card expires.
This helps improve the recipient experience, reduce missed selections, and make sure gift cards are used as intended.
Amazon & Marketplace cancellation improvements
We’ve improved how Reachdesk handles certain Amazon and Marketplace sends when an issue occurs after an order has been placed.
Previously, some sends could be automatically cancelled if a product went out of stock, Amazon was unable to ship to the recipient’s address, or a Marketplace item became unavailable. This often meant senders had to create a new send from scratch.
Now, instead of cancelling the send, Reachdesk will guide the right person to resolve the issue. Depending on the scenario, senders or campaign owners can update the product or address directly, including applying product updates in bulk where multiple sends are affected.
This helps reduce cancelled orders, saves time, and makes it easier to keep Amazon and Marketplace sends moving with minimal disruption.
Bundle Express shipping from Canada & Australia
We’ve now added an Express Delivery option for bundle sends fulfilled from our Canada and Australia warehouses, expanding this service to all our warehouses, alongside the existing Express option already available for orders shipped from the EU and US warehouses.
When sending from either warehouse, customers can now choose between Standard and Express delivery during the send flow. This gives teams more flexibility to select the delivery speed that best suits each send and helps them get bundles to recipients faster when needed.
