Generate API tokens at Reachdesk

API Tokens Overview

• API Tokens can be generated from Reachdesk in order to securely connect with a third party application.
• Only users with an admin role can create API tokens

How to add API Tokens

1. Go to Organization > Settings > API & MCP

2. Click New

3. Add the name of the API token

4. Copy and API Token, it won't appear anymore once you close the modal

5. You will see the token on the list. If you want to delete the token, click on the delete icon.
