Use this workflow to offer a Reachdesk Marketplace item or Reachdesk Bundle Send as a reward in Influitive.
Create the Automated Campaign in Reachdesk
Step 1: Create a new campaign
In Reachdesk, navigate to the Automated Campaigns tab and select New Automated Campaign. Fill in the relevant campaign details.
Important: For Marketplace campaigns, do not select Allow sender to choose different values. Because Influitive sends these rewards automatically, the value must remain fixed.
Step 2: Set gift activity sync
Under Sync gift activity, select an Integration User to sync sends to Salesforce if you want your activity logged there.
Step 3: Select the Influitive connector
Under Campaign Automation, select your integrated Influitive connector from the dropdown.
Step 4: Save the reward setup details
Open the Reward Setup Instructions box. You will need to copy the Provider and SKU values later when creating the reward in Influitive.
Step 5: Choose your approval setting
Decide if sends should be reviewed before they are processed.
Use the Automatically approve all triggered sends toggle:
ON: Sends go out immediately.
OFF: Sends will sit in your Reachdesk > Approvals tab awaiting manual review.
Step 6: Turn off address confirmation
Keep Ask recipient to confirm their address toggled OFF, since Influitive collects the shipping address during the reward redemption process.
Step 7: Save the campaign
Select Save to finalize your Reachdesk campaign.
Create the Reward in Influitive
Step 1: Add a new reward
In Influitive, select Add a Reward and choose Create from scratch.
Step 2: Set fulfillment options
Under Fulfilment, do not check "Administrator Approval Required". All approvals (if required) should be managed within Reachdesk (see Step 5 above).
Step 3: Choose manual fulfillment
Select Manual.
Step 4: Enter the reward details
Complete the Headline and reward details. For Type, choose the option that best fits (e.g., Swag or Gifts).
Step 5: Add the Auto Fulfilment Data
This section connects the Influitive reward to your Reachdesk campaign.
Paste the Provider and SKU values you copied from Reachdesk.
Optional Fields: You can leave the Personal Message and Type fields blank here; Reachdesk handles the messaging automatically.
Missing this section? If you don’t see "Auto Fulfilment Data," email support@influitive.com and ask them to enable Reward Metadata.
Finish the Reward Setup in Influitive
Step 1: Complete reward visuals
Upload an image and finish the remaining reward description details.
Step 2: Set redemption requirements (Critical)
Go to the Redeeming tab. You must turn on Require advocates to enter their shipping information as part of this redemption. This ensures the address data is captured and sent to Reachdesk.
Step 3: Save and Test
Complete the Eligibility settings and save.Pro Tip: Always test the reward by redeeming it as a test user in Influitive. Reachdesk will automatically process the send, and the reward will be marked as Fulfilled in Influitive once the vendor has shipped the physical item.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to enable "sender value changes" for Marketplace campaigns?
No. The integration requires a fixed value. Do not select this option.
Should I enable administrator approval in Influitive?
No. Leave this unchecked in Influitive. If you want to review sends, use the Automatically approve toggle in Reachdesk instead.
When is the reward marked as "Fulfilled"?
For physical gifts, Reachdesk updates the status to "Fulfilled" once the item has been dispatched by the vendor or warehouse.
