Set up your different physical gift choice campaigns in Reachdesk. Use the triggered campaign set up to get your Hubspot Webhooks.
Make note of the different webhooks.
There is 1 webhook per campaign and therefore Gift choice.
Set up your gift choices in Hubspot.
Create a new Dropdown field on your form that correspond with your gift choices. It has to be done on contact level.

Build your Form in Hubspot and include the new dropdown field.
The form can contain address fields, but you can also use the address confirmation feature.
(If you do not want to store any addresses, please tick the box "Ask recipient to confirm their address" when you set up your triggered campaign)
Automate via Workflows
Start with your trigger, in this case filled out a form
Then add a If/Then Branch for the right webhook to get triggered

Add your webhook with the corresponding Reachdesk campaign to the correct Branches.
These choices will trigger the right action from the Reachdesk platform.
