A product for People teams and Line Managers that removes logical and administrative issues associated with gifting and enables organizations to focus on attracting and retaining the best talent by building a culture of appreciation.

Are HRIS platforms integrated with Reachdesk? 

Sure! Reachdesk can tell whom and when needs to be gifted, what their contact details are by integrating with HiBob, Bamboo HR, Workday and several HRIS platforms. 

Senders can look up users’ send data without having to leave Reachdesk or an HRIS platform just like it happens with CRMs and Chrome extension.

Can I set up gifting triggered campaigns for my employees?

Admins are able to set up triggered campaigns based on occasions like joining the company, birthdays, and anniversaries. They are able to break down employees into specific user groups by using criteria like employee home and work location country, job title, employment type (full-time, part-time, contractor, intern etc). 

What can we send? 

If you are already familiar with Reachdesk there are three key types of send :

• Marketplace - From freshly-baked brownies to personalised engraved drinks bottles, choose from a range of thousands of gifts and bespoke gift bundles available through a curated global marketplace of local vendors.
• eGifts - Select from over 4,000 eGift cards for your people’s favourite brands across 160 countries.
• Bundles - Send bespoke bundles of gifts and branded swag to your employees from our global network of warehouses. Our PM team can help you source items and combine them to create a unique gift bundle.

When would we send gifts to our employees?

The integration with your HRIS means you can use a range of moments that matter to trigger sends. Examples include:

• Onboarding swag bundle sent in advance of new joiner start date
• eGift card sent on employee’s 1st anniversary
• Employee is sent a sweet treat to celebrate their birthday

You can also use Reachdesk for People to send ad-hoc gifts and bundles - either as one-off sends to individual employees (e.g. a baby hamper to celebrate the arrival of an employee’s new child) without the need to look up their details, or a one-time bulk send to a team, group or even your entire workforce (e.g. a swag bundle to celebrate a new product launch).

What can I measure?

Everyday we synchronise your People’s Insights to show you statistics on Reachdesk. Gifting should never be a guessing game. Reachdesk for People comes with powerful insights on the number of gifts sent and redeemed, redemption rates breakdown per gift type among others. Employee relevant gift categories for occasions like birthdays, new baby, new pet, new home, retirement, etc and recommendations. 

Does Reachdesk update data on the HRISs after connecting?

No, Reachdesk only has permission to read from HRIS and does not push any new data or updates to HRIS. HRIS remains the source of truth for data and Reachdesk syncs with them once a day so that we can have the most up-to-date records.

Is this feature available to everyone?
