Our sending experience has had a refresh! We've changed the experience to make it smoother and more intuitive to send e-gifts. Here's a helpful video overview.
Step by Step
1. What would you like to send?
2. Who is the recipient?
Enter the details of the recipient that you're sending to, or search for them in your chosen CRM, then hit next step: Campaign:
3. Pick the Marketplace campaign you want to send
We will only show you marketplace campaigns that can be redeemed in your recipient's country. We will also let you know if you do not have enough funds to select/send a certain campaign. Select the campaign you'd like to send and hit the 'next step' button.
4. Customise your Marketplace gift where necessary
On this screen, you can customise any aspects of the gift that are unlocked for you to do so. When you're ready, hit the 'Next Step: send method' button.
5. Tell us how you'd like to send the campaign
If we cannot find an address for your recipient, we will ask you if you know their address. If you don't, you'll only have the option to confirm their address (via link or email). You will not be able to send the gift anyway.
If you pick 'via email', we'll use the templated address confirmation that your admin set up in the campaign. If you pick 'via link', we will link your recipient to the templated address confirmation page, also set up within your campaign.

6. How do you want to pay?
Here you'll see how much your send is going to cost in your chosen preferred currency, and you can pick which currency you'd like to pay in:
6. Review your send
In this final step, you can see all of the details related to your send, but can also head back and change any of the details should you wish, by hitting the 'change' link.
Click “Send” to send your gift or gift email. Or if you would like your send to be processed at a later date, please use the “Schedule Send” feature. If scheduling, the send will be processed on your selected date/time.
