Required custom fields when sending campaigns
Admins can add custom fields that senders complete in the recipient step when sending a campaign. Each field can be required or optional.
- Add fields in settings. Go to Organization > Settings > Claim & Send > Custom Fields, click Add new, enter the field name and choose Required or Optional.
- Single and bulk sends. Fields appear in the recipient step for single sends and in the Custom Fields column for bulk sends. Bulk sends show an error until required fields are filled.
- Hidden from recipients. Recipients do not see custom fields.
- Export for reporting. Click Download as CSV on the Sends page. Custom fields appear as new columns on the right.
Note: Only users with an admin role can add and delete custom fields.

New gift statuses for Salesforce and Marketo
You can now map four more physical gift statuses to Salesforce campaign member statuses and Marketo program member statuses.
- Confirming Address. The sender send an address confirmation email or generated a link.
- Opened. The recipient opened the address confirmation email.
- Clicked. The recipient clicked the address confirmation link.
- Attention. Reachdesk encountered a delivery issue. Check the tracking link for details.
Note: Status mapping is not retroactive. Mapping the new statuses in the Sync gift activity section will only apply to new gift sends.

Update billing settings from the Billing page
Admins can now manage billing details directly from the Billing page, without contacting support.
- Billing contact. Update the contact details and turn on monthly transaction statements by email.
- Billing address. Set the address that appears on all billing and invoice documents from Reachdesk.
- Tax registration details. Click Add, select a country and enter your tax number, such as a VAT, EIN, GST or National Tax ID. It appears on future transaction statements.
Note: The page is available to admins only, at Organization > Billing > Settings.

Northern Ireland Customs Details
Sending to Northern Ireland needs full customs details for every item. Northern Ireland isn’t listed as its own country in the platform, because it sits under the UK. To handle this, we now identify Northern Ireland sends by their BT postcode and check them automatically once the send is placed.
If any item in a bundle send to Northern Ireland is missing customs details, the order is put on hold before it’s fulfilled. We’ll email you, and you’ll also see a warning in the Sends tab and on the order review page. When you’ve added the missing details to the affected SKUs, the order goes on to fulfilment as normal.
Finding these gaps early means fewer parcels get stuck, delayed or returned, and your gifts reach recipients without extra back and forth.
Look forward to more exciting features to come this month!
