The Recipients tab gives you a consolidated view of all gifting outreach across your organization. It is only available to users with admin permissions. This section helps you track spend, monitor engagement, and understand the value of each recipient in your pipeline.
📈 Key Insights Available
- Total Spent per Recipient
This tab shows the total amount spent on each recipient, based on the gifts they have successfully claimed.
Use the date filter to adjust the time period and analyze spend across different outreach cycles.
2. Opportunity Value (Salesforce Users Only)
For customers using Salesforce as their primary CRM, this tab also displays the value of any open opportunities linked to each recipient.
This helps you understand the potential impact and strategic value of each contact.
Information Available for Each Recipient
Every recipient entry includes:
Company and job title (when available)
Country of the most recent physical gift
Date of the last offered gift
Spend and redemption metrics
Opportunity value (for Salesforce-integrated accounts)
Clicking on a recipient’s name opens the full contact record, where you can view additional details such as email address, company, and integration IDs.
Reviewing Individual Sends
Selecting the numbers in the Offered column will take you directly to the Sends page. There, you can view all gifts offered to that recipient and access further detail on each send.
