The Recipients tab provides an overview of all outreach to every recipient contacted with the offer of a gift. This is only visible to users with an admin role.
Recipient Insights
See how much has been spent on each recipient
- On this tab you can see the total amount spend on each recipient which is calculated based on the gifts the recipient has claimed. Use the date filter to play with the time period.
Explore their level of engagement with your gifting
- Here you can see how many gifts have been offered to a particular recipient over time vs how many they have redeemed , an indicated of how engaged they are with the relationship
Understand how valuable each recipient is to you
- For those Customers using Salesforce as their primary CRM , linked to each recipient is the value of the Open opportunities they are current linked to in Salesforce enabling you to see the size of the opportunity each recipient represents.
Each recipient line item provides information on the recipient's Company and Job title (if available), the country the last physical gift was sent to, the date the last gift was offered, spend and redemption stats and opportunity data.
You can click on each recipient's name to render more details regarding that contact record such as email, company and integration IDs.
Clicking on the numbers in the offered column takes you to our Sends page where you can review exactly which gifts have been offered so far to that recipient in more detail.
