This is an email that goes out to all Reachdesk every month detailing number of sends and claims over the time period, available budget, along with some campaign inspiration to encourage further sending
The first section details where the user ranks in their team in terms of number of gifts offered, with a call to action to get sending more
This is followed by details on:
- Number of gifts offered by the sender in the time period
- Number of gifts that have been redeemed in the time period
- Budget currently available in the users wallet
- If they are running low on funds a note is included to nudge their admin for more funds
- Number of gifts that have expired i.e not claimed by the recipient within the claim time period
There is also a section containing some campaigns detailed to inspire Reachdesk users regarding further sending activity (based on the campaigns that the user’s team has access to_. How many campaigns a user has access to is detailed in the email

- This is the campaign that has been redeemed the most by recipients
Most sent
- This is the campaign that has been sent the most by other users

- This is the newest campaign the sender has access to
