This monthly email is sent to all Reachdesk users and provides a snapshot of their activity for the period. It includes the number of sends and claims, the remaining budget, and a selection of campaign ideas designed to inspire and encourage additional sending.
The first section highlights how each user ranks within their team based on the number of gifts they’ve sent. It also includes a call to action motivating them to increase their sending activity.
This is followed by details on:
- Number of gifts offered by the sender in the time period
- Number of gifts that have been redeemed in the time period
- Budget currently available in the users wallet
- If they are running low on funds a note is included to nudge their admin for more funds
- Number of gifts that have expired i.e not claimed by the recipient within the claim time period
There is also a section containing some campaigns detailed to inspire Reachdesk users regarding further sending activity (based on the campaigns that the user’s team has access to). How many campaigns a user has access to is detailed in the email.

- This is the campaign that has been sent the most by other users.

- This is the newest campaign the sender has access to.
