Overview
Use a Reachdesk automated campaign with HubSpot workflows to send gifts to multiple contacts automatically. This setup supports one-to-many sends from HubSpot.
Before you start
In Reachdesk, create an automated campaign:
Navigate to Automated Campaigns > New Automated Campaign
Select the connector HubSpot
Steps
Create the Reachdesk webhook
In the automated campaign setup, select HubSpot as the connector.
Reachdesk will generate a POST webhook URL — copy this to your clipboard.
Ensure your HubSpot contact properties (Email, First Name, Last Name, and Address for physical items) are included in your HubSpot workflow payload so Reachdesk can map the recipient details correctly
Create the HubSpot workflow
In HubSpot, go to Automation > Workflows > Create workflow
Create a contact-based workflow because Reachdesk sends gifts to contacts
Set your enrollment trigger.
Save the workflow.
Add the Reachdesk webhook to the HubSpot workflow
In the HubSpot workflow, click Add action
Search for and select the Webhook action
Set Method to POST
Paste the webhook URL you copied from Reachdesk into the Webhook URL field
Turn on the workflow
What happens next
After the workflow runs:
The triggered send appears in the Reachdesk Sends tab
You can Review, Approve, or Reject the send in Reachdesk
A record of the send appears in the contact’s activity section in HubSpot
Add API token authentication for extra security
You can add an extra layer of security to the webhook by requiring an API token. Contact support@reachdesk.com before enabling this requirement.
1. Generate an API token in Reachdesk
Go to Organization > Settings > API Tokens
Select Add New to generate a new token
2. Add the API token in HubSpot
In HubSpot, open the webhook action in your workflow
Add Authentication
Select API Key as the authentication type
Paste the Reachdesk API token into the API key field
You must add the API token to the HubSpot webhook before Reachdesk enables the token requirement. Otherwise, your existing webhooks will fail.
