You asked - we listened! Introducing the ability to upload photos against your inventory items. Let's jump into it!
In order to upload an image, please navigate to the Inventory Tab and click on the desired item.
After you've landed on the "Edit Item" page, please select the new "Images" tab.
Next, please use the "Click to upload image(s)" button and select the desired photo(s) to upload.
Finally, please click the "Save Item" button at the bottom of the page. That's all, folks!
In addition to uploading photos, you can also set a Cover Image for each item, which will display in the thumbnail on the Inventory page, allowing you to quickly identify the item. Clicking on the thumbnail will also enlarge the image!
Only Admin and Campaign Manager Users can access the Inventory, and therefore only these Users have the ability to upload, delete, or select cover photos.
Only photos uploaded by a User can be deleted. Photos added by our warehouse teams will need to be removed by said teams - please reach out to Support@Reachdesk.com to request deletion of these items.
