1)Team Wallets 

Admins can now choose to add credit to a company, team or user balance. We have moved from funds being either in company or user balances, to having company, team and user wallets. 

Funds can now be allocated directly to a team wallet without first having to be added to a company balance, making it quicker and simpler to add credit. Plus teams can now manage their own funds, only users who has access to the team wallet can use it. This also opens the door to greater flexibility in future as we build on this functionality.

2) 🤝 ADP Workforce Now integration

Another month, another new integration between Reachdesk for People and a leading core HR tool. This time, we have added connectivity with ADP’s Workforce Now platform.

Now even more clients can integrate their HRIS within Reachdesk for People, enabling them to send personalised gifts at every stage of the employee lifecycle.

3)Enhancements

Set the default preferred currency for an organisation for bulk user imports and new users created via SSO

Previously, preferred currencies were defaulting to GBP when a new user was added via bulk user imports or SSO.  We’ve now created a jazzy new 'Default Preferred Currency' field on the organisation level so this can be updated according to the organisation’s preferred currency. Any new users created via the SSO, or via bulk user imports where the preferred currency is not specified will be given the organisation’s default currency.
