Everything you need to know about Reachdesk's Chrome Extension.
What does the Reachdesk Chrome Extension do?
Using this extension, you can send gifts directly from your CRM or Marketing Tool, without needing to do so via the Reachdesk platform. Simply click on the extension while on the Contact page in your CRM to auto-populate the Contact's information, then select the desired campaign and send - that's all folks!
Requirements
To use the Extension in your CRM or Marketing Tool, please ensure you've first integrated with the relevant platform. This can be found in the platform by navigating to Settings > Integrations page.
Installation
Step 1: Go to Chrome Webstore, search for "Reachdesk" or for a direct link to the Reachdesk extension click here.
Step 2: Click the “Add to Chrome” button.
Step 3: In the pop-up window click “Add Extension.”
Step 4: Pin the Reachdesk extension to the extensions bar for easy access, then click to open it.
How to Use the Reachdesk Extension
Please navigate to the Contact / Lead page in your CRM. Next, open the extension to auto-populate the contact's information. Finally, select your desired campaign, customization options, and Send when ready!
Troubleshooting Tips
In the event the extension is no longer loading any content, please log in to Reachdesk and navigate to Settings > Integrations page, then ensure the integrations are connected. It's possible your integration was disconnected, for instance, if your access token was revoked by Salesforce, in which case reconnecting to the integration will resolve the issue.
In the event the extension skips past the contact information step in the Send flow, please restart your browser. If this does not resolve the issue, you may need to clear your Browser Cache as well. If issues persist, please contact Support@Reachdesk.com
