Current Warehouse Fulfillment Estimates

We will at times run into higher than expected volumes, labor shortages, etc. that will cause us to adjust our estimates by warehouse. 

This table will be kept up to date of expected estimates by warehouse to allow for proper planning by your teams. 

Please note that this is an overall guidance of what performance our warehouses are capable of and we aim for a 95%+ success rate and that SLA day 1 begins on the first business day following order creation or when a ship notice arrives at our building. This is subject to change at Reachdesk's discretion.
 

Business Days to Completion at Our Warehouse - does not include days to deliver post fulfillment

Please note that if an SN comes in not marked, the skus are not identifiable, or quantities are vastly off from expected you may see delays getting these to stock. 

Time to deliver - please view our rate card to see delivery speed based on origin and destination. If password is needed, please reach out to your CSM.

Carrier Delays - to see up to date carrier delays by country, please review this and this for challenging destinations. 

2026 Holiday Schedule - please note that our warehouses are closed for operation and carrier services may see delays on the below dates . These dates do not count against our outbound fulfilment time. i.e. if you place an order on a holiday, expect fulfilment to take more than three business days.
