We will at times run into higher than expected volumes, labor shortages, etc. that will cause us to adjust our estimates by warehouse. 

This table will be kept up to date of expected estimates by warehouse to allow for proper planning by your teams. 

Please note that this is an overall guidance of what performance our warehouses are capable of and we aim for a 95%+ success rate and that SLA day 1 begins on the first business day following order creation or when a ship notice arrives at our building. This is subject to change at Reachdesk's discretion.

2026 Holiday Schedule - please note that our warehouses are closed for operation and carrier services may see delays on the below dates . These dates do not count against our outbound fulfilment time. i.e. if you place an order on a holiday, expect fulfilment to take more than three business days.
