Reachdesk aims for successful delivery on all shipments. This article lists countries where shipping challenges have been identified, along with information to help you plan sends to these destinations. Please note that shipping any foods, plant materials, battery devices or hazardous goods may cause delays. This may also extend to high value shipments (typically exceeding 1000 USD).

Countries Currently Turned Off

If Reachdesk turns off shipping to a country, this article is updated to reflect the change. As of September 30, 2026, the following countries have been turned off on the Reachdesk rate card:

  • Ukraine
  • Iran
  • Russia
  • Turkey
  • Uzbekistan

Carrier Escalations

EU Warehouse sends: Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, you may experience delays in shipping transit times. Reachdesk monitors the situation with its courier partners on an ongoing basis.

USA to Brazil

USA to Puerto Rico 

Planning: Allow extra time for delivery. Shipments to Puerto Rico can take up to 7 business days to arrive. Reachdesk uses USPS via Pitney Bowes, which offers seven- to ten-day delivery to all areas of Puerto Rico.

Customs documentation: Despite Puerto Rico being a US territory, Reachdesk sends customs information with all goods shipped there as an extra precaution.

Tax ID threshold: The threshold for the value of goods that do not require additional documentation when shipping from the USA to Puerto Rico is $800 USD. If the shipment value is over $800 USD, the recipient may be contacted for their tax ID information. The tax ID provided must belong to the recipient, not the shipper.

Australia to India

 

Ireland to Israel

Planning: Allow extra time for delivery. Shipments to Israel can take 5 or more business days to arrive. Reachdesk uses the following services. Due to the ongoing conflict, delays may occur; check tracking for the latest updates.

  • International Priority (Express): 2–5 day delivery to major cities in Israel.
  • International Economy (Standard): 5–7 day delivery to Israel.

Customs documentation: Make sure all customs information for your SKUs is accurate. Additional documentation may be requested from the recipient if customs determines that the information provided is not adequate, despite Reachdesk providing a standard commercial invoice (CI).

Reachdesk sends all international shipments with instructions for customs to communicate with the shipper, not the recipient. However, the customs agent makes the final decision on who to contact, independent of these instructions. It is the client's or recipient's responsibility to assist with customs. If additional assistance is needed, contact Product Support.

Ireland to Macedonia

Planning: Allow extra time for delivery. Shipments to Macedonia can take 5 or more business days to arrive. Reachdesk uses the following services. Due to complications at customs, delays may occur; check tracking for the latest updates.

  • International Priority (Express): 2–5 day delivery to major cities in Macedonia.
  • International Economy (Standard): 5–7 day delivery to Macedonia.
