Reachdesk is now integrated directly with Amazon! This new feature expands your gifting catalog with the massive range of products available on Amazon, giving senders even more flexibility, personalization, and speed when choosing the perfect gift. 🎁

This feature is initially available for US-based recipients only. We’re actively working on expanding to other regions where Amazon operates.
🔧 How It Works
Once enabled, the Amazon integration works seamlessly with your existing Empower the Sender campaigns; no additional setup is required per campaign.

Digital Gift Notes
- Amazon lacks the ability in their integration to include gift notes, however, we have developed an alternative way to include a gift message that will trigger via email upon delivery! During the send flow, there is a text editor that allows you to enter a custom, personalized message or utilize Reachdesk AI's gift messaging feature.
- Once Amazon updates the status to delivered, we automatically trigger the gift note to the recipient's email!
- If you have set up your domain, the email will be sent from the sending users email address, so any replies will go straight to your inbox!
- The Digital Gift Note follows your branding guidelines, if set up. Your company logo will appear at the top of the note, with your background colours displayed behind it.

⚙️ How to enable
This feature can only be enabled by Admin users. By visiting the Catalogs tab in your Organization settings, you will see an option to toggle on/off the feature. Please make sure to read the full terms before opting in. We save and display the last user to toggle on/off the feature for your visibility.
When toggled off, all users will be able to view the experience on Empower the sender campaigns in the send flow, but will not be able to place an order. During the flow, users will be prompted to either contact their admin to enable or be directed to the settings page to enable, depending on the user role.

Expansion to additional Amazon marketplaces
- Although we are launching with the US only first, this is not where we will end. Next up will be the UK, with long-term plans of taking advantage of Amazon globally!

Ship via the Reachdesk Warehouse
- We understand the value of branding and customization. With this expansion, we will bring another way to take advantage of Amazon in the Reachdesk platform.
- Create bundle campaigns and include an Amazon product to be selected during the send flow for additional personalization. Allowing you to include one-off gifts that you wouldn't have otherwise stocked in the warehouse. This can be combined with any other items you have in our warehouse, any custom packing and fill you have in stock, and include a physical gift note! All Amazon packaging will be removed and shipped out like our standard bundles!
- This flow is highly automated and streamlined for users. The setup is simple and in the campaign settings. During the send flow the sender picks a product from Amazon, and then continues through the flow as normal and sets any additional customization before sending. The rest is handled by Reachdesk; no need to worry about creating Ship Notices or executing a new order once the product arrives. Once the Amazon product arrives, we will automatically send out the full bundle!

Order Issues
What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
Please begin by checking the estimated delivery dates listed on the product page to confirm whether the delivery is still within the expected window. Delivery may occasionally take a few extra days, particularly during peak periods. You should also check the tracking link for any shipping updates. If more than four (4) business days have passed beyond the expected delivery window and your order has not arrived, please contact Reachdesk Support using this form. Reachdesk will file a claim with Amazon on your behalf, where appropriate..
Please note that Reachdesk is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Amazon or its carriers. Amazon solely determines resolutions, and Reachdesk is not liable for the outcome or timing of Amazon’s response.
What should I do if I’ve received a delivery notification but cannot find the order?
Check the tracking link to see if it contains delivery details (e.g., front door, porch, mailbox). We also recommend checking surrounding areas, including behind bins or in reception areas, where applicable.
If the item remains missing, please contact Reachdesk Support using this form. Reachdesk will escalate the issue to Amazon as needed. Please note that Reachdesk cannot be held responsible for items marked as delivered by Amazon.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
If your order is damaged or the wrong item was received, Reachdesk will file a claim with Amazon. To file a claim, please contact Reachdesk Support using this form. Where possible, please include photos of the damaged item or other relevant information to help support your claim. Replacements or refunds are processed according to Amazon’s resolution policies and terms.
What happens if a package is returned to sender (RTS)?
If a package is returned to sender, a refund is not issued automatically. Each case will be reviewed individually via a support ticket. Refunds are at Amazon’s discretion and are not guaranteed. Please note that shipping charges and platform fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
Out-of-stock Amazon orders are automatically cancelled. Any associated wallet deductions will be promptly refunded to your Reachdesk wallet.
Order Modifications & Shipping Preferences
Can I cancel or modify an order after it has been placed?
No. Once an order has been placed, Reachdesk is unable to cancel the order, change the item, update the address, or modify the shipping speed.
Can I choose a specific delivery date or time?
No. We are unable to support requests for scheduled delivery days or times.
Can I request delivery only on weekdays or weekends?
No. Reachdesk cannot control or restrict delivery windows.
Can I choose a different shipping speed or cost?
No. Reachdesk always includes the fastest available shipping method within the total price to ensure timely delivery and avoid additional fees.
Can I add a gift receipt or bundle multiple items together?
No. This service is not available as part of Amazon Gifting.
Can I personalize the gift in any way?
No. Personalization options are not supported through Amazon Gifting. Please see the Reachdesk Marketplace for personalised gifts.
Tracking & Notifications
Can the recipient receive tracking information when the gift arrives?
Tracking is available when Amazon uses a standard courier. However, for deliveries made using Amazon’s internal logistics service, the tracking links are private and cannot be shared.
Status updates (e.g., Shipped, Delivered) are available in the platform, and Reachdeks is working on introducing recipient-facing tracking links as well.
Is tracking available for Amazon orders?
Standard Couriers: Tracking is available.
Amazon Logistics (Private Tracking): Not currently available.
Will shipping be delayed during peak periods (e.g., Prime Days, holidays)?
Yes, delays can occur during peak periods like Prime Days. These are beyond Reachdesk’s control.
Product pricing
Why is the price on Reachdesk higher than Amazon?
Reachdesk’s price includes all applicable taxes, expedited shipping, and associated costs. In contrast, Amazon product listings typically exclude these costs until checkout
Do Amazon discounts apply to Reachdesk orders?
No. Amazon-exclusive discounts do not apply through our integration. Reachdesk uses the standard list prices to keep pricing consistent across all catalogs.
Why doesn’t Reachdesk apply time-sensitive discounts?
Time-sensitive discounts often expire before the recipient confirms the gift. To avoid gifting failures, Reachdesk uses consistent list pricing.
Is shipping included in the Reachdesk price?
Yes. Shipping costs for the fastest available method are included in the displayed price.
Why use Reachdesk instead of buying directly from Amazon?
Reachdesk provides a seamless end-to-end gifting experience, including:
