Understand how long it takes for your gift to be processed and what options you have to make changes after sending an order.
How long does processing take?
Once you've built a manual campaign and placed a bundle send, our warehouse team gets to work picking, packing, and preparing your gift for shipment.
Here are our processing times:
- Standard Processing: Up to 3 business days.
- Busy Periods: Up to 5 business days (end-of-quarter, holiday season).
These timeframes refer to the time it takes to prepare your order before it's handed off to a shipping carrier. For an overview of processing times for different types of orders, check our Current Warehouse SLAs.
Need to make a change to your order?
Within the first 30 minutes
You have a 30-minute window to cancel a physical gift directly in Reachdesk. This window begins exactly at the moment the send is created, regardless of whether the gift requires approval or address confirmation.
If you need to edit any part of the order (e.g. new address, incorrect items), you’ll need to cancel the original order and create a new one.
After 30 minutes
If you need to request a change after the 30-minute window, please contact support@reachdesk.com.
The order will be marked as 'sent' which means that our warehouse is working to fulfil the order. While we'll do our best to help, please note we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made. For address updates, provide the corrected address to the support team as soon as possible. The address will go through a validation process before the order proceeds to fulfillment.
Once an order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
