Enhanced Recipient Experience: Marketplace Gift Claiming with Recipient's Choice
We've redesigned the gift-claiming journey for Marketplace campaigns with Recipient's Choice enabled, making it faster, more personal, and easier to navigate for recipients. Key improvements include:
- Faster redemption – Address confirmation now appears upfront for physical gifts, with the sender's main gift offer displayed clearly and an easy option to browse alternatives.
- More personal touch – Gift messages are now visible immediately and stay pinned throughout browsing, and senders can add a personal signature and image.
- Better browsing experience – Infinite scrolling replaces pagination, with clearer categorization of physical, digital, and charity/donation options, plus improved clarity for bundled gift items.
- Clearer communication – Recipients receive transparent notifications for out-of-stock items, regional restrictions, and guidance toward alternatives when a main offer isn't available.

Amazon Gifting expansion across Europe
Amazon Gifting is now available across more of Europe, giving customers wider Amazon product coverage and more regional gifting options.
We’ve integrated with Amazon marketplaces in Germany, France and Spain, allowing customers with Amazon enabled and the appropriate region access to send Amazon gifts to recipients across these newly supported European countries.
This expansion now supports: Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Portugal, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Netherlands, Denmark, Slovenia, Greece, Croatia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Malta, Romania, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Ireland and Luxembourg.
The Amazon catalog will automatically surface products available for the selected recipient country, while still respecting campaign limits and standard Marketplace settings.
This gives EMEA customers better regional availability, wider product choice and improved fulfilment coverage when sending Amazon gifts across Europe.
All Brands Gift Card campaigns
Admins & Campaign Managers can now create All Brands Gift Card campaigns in one click, making it faster and easier to build global gift card campaigns.
Instead of manually selecting each brand, admins can define campaign criteria such as price range, category, redemption type, and brand exclusions. Reachdesk will then automatically include matching brands and keep the campaign updated as new eligible brands are added.
We’ve also introduced Most Popular as the default sort, helping automatically select the most relevant main offer based on the most claimed brand within the campaign criteria.
This gives senders more confidence when creating global campaigns and helps recipients see the best available gift card options for their country.
Multi-location printing with Corporate Merch in the Merch Builder
Corporate Merch now supports multi-location printing, giving customers more flexibility when adding designs to products.
Customers can now print on multiple areas of the same product, such as the front and back of a T-shirt. They can also add text to products, instead of only uploading a logo.
Additional print locations may increase the per-unit cost, and this will be reflected in the unit cost of the designed product.
This gives customers more ways to customise their Corporate Merch products and create designs that better match their brand and campaign needs.
