September brings two updates focused on giving admins clearer financial records and giving teams a faster way to work with their gifting data through AI assistants.
- Monthly transaction statements. View and download a statement for each month and payment currency, including tax invoices and credit notes where they apply.
- Reachdesk MCP (early access). Connect Reachdesk to AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to get gifting insights and prepare sends in plain language.

Monthly transaction statements
Admins can now view and download a transaction statement for every month directly from the Organization > Billing page, giving finance and admin teams a clear record of all wallet activity.
How it works:
- One statement per month and currency. Reachdesk generates a statement at the start of each month for each payment currency used in your organization. If there are no transactions in a month, no statement is generated.
- Based on processed date. Each statement covers all transactions processed during the billing period.
- Download as PDF or CSV. The PDF includes a transaction statement page, plus a summary, tax invoices and credit notes where you've sent gifts to a tax jurisdiction country (United Kingdom, Ireland and Canada). The CSV lists every processed transaction with full detail, including campaign, sender, recipient and tax information.
- At-a-glance totals. The statements page shows total charges, total credits, total tax charges and total tax credits for each statement.
- Admin access only. Transaction statements are visible to admin users only.
Note: e-gifts are always non-taxable. Statements can currently be downloaded one month and currency at a time, and billing address and tax registration number updates are handled by contacting finance@reachdesk.com.

Reachdesk MCP (early access)
Reachdesk MCP connects your Reachdesk account to AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, so you can look up gifting data and prepare sends by asking in plain language, without switching to a separate dashboard. This feature is in early access. Sign up to the early access program to get started.
What you can do with it:
- Get insights from your gifting data. Ask about spend, adoption and performance across campaigns, regions or time periods without building a report manually.
- Find, personalize and send gifts. Search your available campaigns and, for sender's choice campaigns, the Reachdesk Marketplace or Amazon catalog, then prepare a personalized send for your approval.
- Combine signals from other connected tools. Use Salesforce, Gong or Slack alongside Reachdesk MCP to trigger gifts from CRM updates, act on call insights, monitor team spend and measure gifting ROI.
Staying in control:
- Your permissions don't change. The assistant can only see data and take actions that your Reachdesk role already allows.
- Sends always require confirmation. Every gift send shows a preview of the recipient, gift and cost, and nothing goes out until you confirm.
- Sends can be cancelled. Eligible sends can be cancelled within the platform's cancellation window.
- Tool access is configurable. Your AI tool admin can set each tool to run automatically, ask first, or be turned off.
