Integrate Reachdesk with Influitive

Use the Reachdesk and Influitive integration to send Reachdesk gifts as Influitive rewards.

Before you start

You will need the following credentials from your Influitive account:

• Authorization Token

• Org ID

• The Reachdesk webhook URL (generated during the setup process)

How to activate Influitive integration  

Link your Influitive account in Reachdesk

1. In Reachdesk, navigate to Account > Integrations

2. Locate the Influitive integration and select Link Account

3. On the Influitive integration page, enter your Authorization Token and Org ID

4. Copy the Webhook URL and click Save

Find your Influitive credentials

If you don't have your credentials handy, you can find them in your Influitive instance:

1. Go to Integrations > Influitive API > Manage > Setup

2. Copy the Authorization Token and Org ID

3. Paste these values into the fields in Reachdesk

Add the Reachdesk webhook in Influitive

1. In Influitive, go to Settings > System > Webhooks

2. Select Add a Webhook

3. Give the webhook a name (e.g., Reachdesk Integration)

4. Paste the previously-copied URL into the Webhook URL field

5. Configure the following settings:

   • Format: Form Post

   • Type: Event

   • Run webhook on these events: Reward Redemption Requested

6. Select Save
