Gift is sent automatically using a rule criteria from a triggered campaign
For triggered campaigns that have a rule criteria set, this means that the gifts will be sent automatically if it meets the criteria specified on the campaign.
Note that this option is only available for Salesforce and HRIS integrations.
Since the gift sending will be automated, we can only support:
- Sending via email:
- for eGift campaigns
- for bundles and marketplace campaigns with address confirmation
- Sending direct to the recipient
- for bundles and marketplace campaigns without address confirmation
- Note: This requires the full address to be in Salesforce or the HRIS for the send to be processed.

Gift is sent using a multi-use/dynamic link from a triggered campaign
Learn more about how to use dynamic links here.
To claim a gift from a dynamic link:
- Share the link with your recipient.
- When the recipient clicks on the link, they will be asked to confirm their email address.
- If their email address matches an email that exists in a lead or contact in the CRM related to the triggered campaign, we will let the user know that their gift is on their way.
- If their email address does not match any emails of leads or contacts in the CRM, we will not let them claim the gift.
- If the email is valid and exists in the CRM, the recipient will receive another email:
Note that the reason why we send another email is to ensure that the email used is valid.

Gift is sent with a book a meeting link
To encourage meetings to be booked together with your gift, you have an option to add a meeting calendar link that will require the recipient to book a meeting before claiming their gift.
On the campaign, you can enable the "Allow sender to add meeting calendar link":
If this setting is enabled, you will see the "Book a meeting" section when sending a gift in the "Send method" step. You can then add a meeting link from our supported meeting schedulers here.
How the email is updated if book a meeting is enabled:
- If the campaign is an eGift sent via email, we will automatically update the button in the meeting to say "Book a meeting & claim."
- If the campaign is a marketplace or bundle, you can update the copy of the email and the copy of the button manually to make this more appropriate to what you are trying to send. We recommend the following for example:
Claim experience if book a meeting is enabled:
- The recipient will either receive an email, or a gift link.
- When they click on the button in the email, or the gift link, they will see a page where they can book a meeting based on the meeting calendar link added to the gift when it was sent.
- Note that the text on the top of this page cannot be updated at this time.
3. After the recipient chooses and confirms a time slot, they will see the next page where they can either claim the eGift, or confirm their address if the gift is a marketplace or bundle.
4. This will follow the same claim experience as the ones previously discussed depending on the campaign type.
