A short help document which showcases how Reachdesk can fit seamlessly into your Hubspot instance, and propel your campaign efforts.
How to connect your Reachdesk account with your Hubspot account
Connecting Hubspot with Reachdesk takes one simple click.
- In the Reachdesk platform, navigate to Account > Integrations > Hubspot
- Click on Link Hubspot Account
- You will be asked to login to Hubspot and accept the necessary permissions, and afterwards, you will see that your Reachdesk account is now connected with your Hubspot account.
Sync gift activity from Reachdesk to your Hubspot Contacts
After the successful connection (for each user), the Reachdesk platform pushes a custom event to the Hubspot contact’s activity feed every time a gift is sent to that contact from Reachdesk.
A new event gets created every time the Reachdesk status is updated.
Please make sure you tick the box "Reachdesk" in your activity tracking to see the status updates
Using Reachdesk in Hubspot
There are three main ways that you can use Reachdesk in Hubspot. The video below demonstrates methods 1 & 2, they are:
- Using the Reachdesk website or chrome extension: In the recipient step of the sends flow, simply select Hubspot as the integration, and find the contact you want to send your Reachdesk campaign to. You can send a gift using the Reachdesk website or by downloading the Reachdesk chrome extension.
- Using as part of an automated workflow: You can send a gift by setting up a Reachdesk triggered campaign, and send a gift to multiple recipients based off of any trigger in Hubspot. Read more about it here.
- Dynamic link: If you want to send a gift to multiple recipients via a link, under Reachdesk triggered campaigns, you can select the option "Generate link to include in CRM or marketing automation emails." This link you can be used in your own Hubspot emails and can be sent from your own Hubspot platform. Read more about it here.
