Gifty: Gift recommendations powered by AI
Our very own AI agent, "Gifty" is now available for all customers who have AI enabled in their organization settings. Simply turn on "Gifty" and start having a conversation with it. Add your recipient's name and your gift budget, and we'll search for the most relevant gifts in our marketplace and Amazon catalog (if you have Amazon enabled). When you send the gift, we will automatically choose an empower the sender campaign with the highest budget, and you will go through a faster sending experience since we will automatically populate the steps for you! New and improved gift emails
Our gift emails now have a more personalized and modern look and feel!
- Layout is clear and more trustworthy - All emails now have a toned down background color. You can still update the button color to be more inline with your brand!
- Personal signature adds a personal touch - You will have an option to add a personal signature in your campaigns and when you're sending. Learn more about how to update your personal signature here.
- More visibility of eGift amount and gift images - You can choose between a generic gift image, Reachdesk product image or your own gift image for physical gift sends, and for eGifts, we will show the eGift amount and you can choose between a generic gift card image or the actual gift card image.
- Gift button is customizable - The button in the eGift email can now be personalized to another copy depending on the tone of your gift email.
- Reminder emails are more urgent! - Our reminder emails have more urgent email subject lines and will have a banner to grab the recipient's attention to claim the gift. Learn more about it here.
