If you're looking to send Reachdesk gifts as Influitive rewards, follow these simple steps to get integrated.

1. Head to integrations and 'Link Influitive Account':

2. You'll be taken to the page below, where you need to fill in your authorization token and your org ID:

Make a note of the webhook URL.

3. Head into Influitive and add the Authorisation Token and Organization ID.

You can find the authorisation token and Organisation ID for your instance by going to Influitive > Integrations > Influitive API > Manage > Setup. Copy both the values there, and paste into Reachdesk.

4. Add your webhook

Head into Influitive > Settings > System > Webhooks.  Add a Webhook, name it something like 'Reachdesk Gifts'. Paste in your webhook URL from step 2 (found in Influitive integration page in Reachdesk). 

Format should be 'Form Post' and Type should be 'Event'. 

Run webhook on these events, should be 'Reward Redemption Requested'. 

Click save, and you're ready to start sending gifts!
