New in-app Landing Page fonts
We've added new fonts to our in-app Landing Pages to allow you to create more personalized gifting landing pages following your brand guidelines. If you do not see a font available, please contact our support team at support@reachdesk.com, and we will look into adding the font for you. Note that we only support adding free fonts at the moment. We will support adding paid fonts specific to your Reachdesk account soon!
Filter sends by campaign type
You can now filter your sends by campaign type on the sends list page! This will make it easier to search for specific sends related to the campaign type. To use this, go to the sends list page, click on Filters, and choose the campaign type, which can either be Bundle, eGift Card, or Marketplace. This will filter sends that are related to the type of campaign you are filtering.
Improvements to item selection in triggered bundle campaigns
Previously, you could only add items that were not assigned to a team when building triggered bundle campaigns. Now, you can include items in a triggered bundle campaign as long as the item is assigned to a team that the sending user of that campaign belongs to. This update ensures that triggered bundle campaigns contain items the sending user can access.
When adding items to a triggered bundle campaign, first select the sending user. Then, add items that belong to at least one of that user's teams.
Warehouse storage visibility
We have introduced a new tab within the Warehousing section of the platform, which contains information about how much storage is being utilized across each warehouse you have access to. This will help you understand how much warehouse space you're taking at any moment.
How it works: active SKUs are SKUs with at least 1 quantity in stock or inbound in an active Ship Notice. A SKU with stock in multiple warehouses is counted as an Active SKU for each warehouse where it has stock. For example, if RD-1-1 has stock in 3 warehouses, that would count as 3 Active SKUs.
Later, we will add the pallet space and the contracted limits with warnings when reaching or exceeding those limits. Learn more here!
New Ship Notice status: "Completed with discrepancies"
We have added a new status to the Ship Notice flow for when a Ship Notice is both under and over-received. This comes with information on what to do next and helps you better manage your inbound inventory and identify which SNs need following up with your vendor to ensure you get exactly what you ordered. This is accompanied by a corresponding email update.
Warehouse transfers to Canada
Previously, warehouse transfers to the Canadian warehouse were not possible — you could only create outbound transfers from that warehouse. Now, we’ve enabled the Canada warehouse to receive transfers as well! This means you can now move stock freely between all warehouses on the platform.
Recipient Tax ID required for all warehouse sends to Mexico
All shipments from our U.S. warehouse to Mexico now require the recipient's tax ID, as mandated by the new Mexican regulation 3.7.5 RGMCE. The tax ID field has been added to all send flows and will appear on the address confirmation page. This information is essential for customs clearance — shipments without it will be returned to our warehouse.
Add country when sending eGifts via Zapier
Previously, the "Send eGift" action in Zapier did not include a country field. We've now added this, allowing you to specify the country when setting up a send. Since country selection is required for gift sends, this update ensures that eGift sends created via Zapier have a designated country.
To use this feature, create a Zap in Zapier, connect your data source to the Reachdesk app, and select "Send eGift in Reachdesk." Fill in the required fields, including the new Recipient's Country field, and save.
Stay tuned for next month's updates!
