Amazon Logistics tracking pages
With our new Amazon integration, some orders are shipped using Amazon's own fulfillment network. When these services are used, the tracking links are privatized. To address this, we have developed a tracking page that updates based on status updates received from our integration, providing an up-to-date tracking page for Amazon couriers.
Filter pending sends with unverified addresses
We recently introduced a way to validate addresses when sending physical gifts.
To make the process of reviewing sends with unverified addresses faster, you can now filter sending with unverified addresses from the Sends page! Go the Sends page and turn on "Only show sends with unverified addresses" and you will see if the gift is pending because it has an unverified address.
Send gift anyways if recipient's choice or charity donation is enabled
Previously, users didn't have the option to send a marketplace campaign with recipient's choice or charity donation without address confirmation. We have updated this so that users will now see the option to "send anyways" - meaning the gift will be sent directly without address confirmation. This gives you the option to surprise your recipient even though you have recipient's choice or charity donation enabled on the campaign.
Phone number validations
We are now validating the format of phone numbers are correct when sending a gift so that the orders can be placed correctly. Some couriers and vendors require the phone number in order to deliver the gift. This ensures the correct format is used when adding a phone number to the order.
You will see this error message if the phone number format is incorrect: "Invalid phone number. Must be 8–15 characters and contain only numbers, +, ( ), or –." This has been added to the send a gift flow, stock shipments flow, address confirmation page, in-app landing page, and sends sent via triggered campaigns or public API will be pending until the phone number is updated.
Filter user wallets by team
Admins can now filter user wallets by team(s) on the User Wallets page. This will make it easier to understand how much money is left in the user wallets for specific teams, and help team managers or admin plan their budgets more effectively. To filter as an admin, go to Wallets, go to User Wallets, click on the filter and select the team(s) you want to view and click "Apply."
Empower the sender marketplace campaigns updates
When creating a marketplace campaign with a marketplace product, we are now going to hide the option to empower the sender to choose a gift when sending. We find that most users tend to send the main gift selected by the admin and they only choose to browse from the marketplace 9% of the time. We want to reduce the number of steps when sending and reduce the admin setup required to manage these campaigns.
If you have chosen a marketplace product when creating your marketplace campaign, you will not be able to see the option to “allow the sender to choose alternative gifts within the gift budget” anymore. This means that senders can only send the main marketplace product from your campaign.

Enhanced Visibility for Stock Shipments: Shipped & Requested
We’ve rolled out an update to improve transparency on stock shipment pages. You’ll now see a side-by-side view of what was originally requested and what was actually shipped, making it easier to identify any discrepancies, such as missing or damaged items.
Previously, this level of detail was only available for regular bundles. Given the complexity and size of stock shipments, this enhancement helps teams stay aligned, especially when multiple people are involved in receiving and unpacking inventory. With clearer insights, you can ensure what arrives matches expectations and act quickly if it doesn’t.
Stay tuned for our next updates!
