Customize gift status notifications in Slack
You can now customize which gift statuses you want to get notified about in Slack! This will help you focus on relevant moments when you want to follow up with your prospect or customer. Learn more about it here!
Accept address suggestions of pending sends in bulk
We recently added an update to validate addresses to improve gift deliverability and reduce delays and returns. Gifts that are sent via triggered campaigns, bulk CSV import and landing pages will have a "pending" status if the address is unverified, and requires the address to be updated to complete the approval process.
To speed up the approval process, we have updated our Bulk Approve/Reject Sends feature to allow admins to accept or reject our address suggestions. Learn more about it here!
New handwritten fonts for bundle campaign gift notes
We've introduced some exciting new handwritten fonts that you can use in your bundle campaigns. This gives you more variety in the special gift note you want to share with your recipients.
Here is a list of the new fonts that we have introduced:
Requested vs Shipped table in Stock Shipment emails
We have added a SKU table to all shipped and delivered emails for stock shipment orders. This makes it easy to see which SKUs and quantities were requested versus what was shipped, giving both senders and recipients clearer visibility into whatโs arriving. Short shipments are highlighted in red and listed by largest shortfall, with up to 10 SKUs shown in the email. For larger orders, you can follow the CTA to view the full list in Reachdesk.
Send gifts faster with custom URLs
If you want to send gifts to Reachdesk from your own app with pre-defined settings, you can use our custom URL. We will automatically pre-fill and skip steps in our gift sending experience based on settings you pass in our custom URL, such as:
Campaign
Recipient (if coming from an integration)
Search criteria (if browsing from the Marketplace or Amazon catalog)
Send method
Wallet
