- Improve warehouse item identification. To improve the item check-in and fulfillment process, we've added new item details so our warehouse can more easily identify your gifts!
- Flag warehouse item special care requirements. We are now flagging which items are fragile, contain lithium batteries, etc., so we can help you handle your orders more effectively.

Amazon Gifting [early access]
We’ve launched a direct integration with the US Amazon Marketplace, allowing you to browse, select, and send Amazon products directly from the Reachdesk platform, eliminating the need to visit Amazon’s site. This significantly expands the variety of gift options and price points, helping you hyper-personalize your gifting strategy with items not available in the Reachdesk Marketplace. While currently limited to the US, you can access this feature in any Empower the Sender campaign by toggling to the Amazon Marketplace view, where live search results will appear based on your campaign limits. Orders are fulfilled by Amazon for fast delivery and remain fully compatible with standard campaign features like recipient choice, spend limits, budgets, meeting links, and bulk sends.
We are launching in the US, with plans to expand to other markets, and utilize Amazon across other features! Keep an eye out for more Amazon updates in the future!

Improve warehouse item identification with AI
Additional details (such as brand, colour, item type, size) about items you send to our warehouse are now required on the item page. These will be required when creating or editing an item, or creating a ship notice, because we need this information for our warehouse team to more easily identify your items when checking them in and fulfilling your orders. To help you populate these details, you can use our auto-fill feature powered by AI to fill out the required fields based on the item name and description.
Flag warehouse item special care requirements with AI
We are now flagging if an item contains alcohol, lithium batteries, hazardous materials, plant or consumable items, or fragile items. This improves the warehouse's ability to ensure efficient operations due to certain shipping restrictions with lithium batteries, alcohol, and better handling of fragile items. Similar to the new item details we've added, you can also use our Autofill with AI feature to automatically update these details.
Additional columns added to the inventory items tab export
To help with warehouse SKU optimization and better manage what you keep stored across warehouses, we have added the following columns to the items page CSV download:

Total Quantity
- Combined value of "Stock" and "Inbound"

Age
- Number of days between export and the most recent date between Last Shipped and Last Received

Last Received
- The last time a Ship Notice was received for the SKU

Last Shipped
- The last time the SKU count went down based on order activity

Last Ship Type
- Bundle, Large Shipment, Warehouse Transfer, Event, or warehouse relocation

Last Ship Quantity
- Number of units that were shipped in the last order
