Here are the key highlights from our April Product Update:
- AI-Powered Tariff Code Suggestions. If you're shipping items outside the Reachdesk warehouse trade zones, you can now use AI to quickly and accurately populate tariff codes for your items.
- Contracted SKU Storage Limits Now Visible In-App. You can now track how many active SKUs you're using compared to your contracted SKU storage limit, right within the platform.
- Customizable Landing Page Country Selection. You now have control over which countries recipients can select on landing pages, allowing you to better target specific regions in your gifting campaigns.

AI-Powered Tariff Code Suggestions
When shipping items outside Reachdesk warehouses' trade zones, we require customs details, such as the item's tariff code. To help with this process, you can now use AI to get tariff code suggestions based on your item's name and description. Simply ensure your item has an accurate name and description, and click on "Suggest with AI" to get tariff code suggestions. Learn more about it here!
Contracted SKU storage limits
We are now displaying the contracted warehouse storage limits for SKUs within the storage tab inside the warehousing section of the platform. From the storage tab, you can now see how many Active SKUs you are using out of how many your contract allows.
Whenever you reach or exceed your contracted limits, a warning message will display on the storage tab asking you to contact your account manager for next steps.
Dynamic shipping cost estimates for EU warehouse orders
Previously, shipping costs were estimated using a fixed average based on the send type and origin warehouse, which often led to inaccuracies. Earlier this year, we introduced dynamic shipping cost estimates for the US and UK warehouses, and this feature is now also available for the EU warehouse. Estimates are now calculated using the total weight of all items in the shipment and the final destination, resulting in a unique estimate for each order based on its specific contents. The final charge is determined once the order is shipped and final measurements are available.
For shipments from the EU warehouse, you’ll now see a dynamic estimate that adjusts based on the items, quantities, and their respective weights. We’re aware that some item weights may currently be inaccurate, which can inflate estimates. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact our support team so we can correct the item weight and update the estimate accordingly.

Stock breakdown on items and storage tabs
As part of an ongoing initiative to improve warehouse inventory management and storage visibility, we have introduced a new hover state that displays the breakdown of the allocation of stock.
There are 3 places this can be viewed:
- Stock column in the items tab: Each stock count shows a breakdown per warehouse.
- Inbound column in the items tab: Each inbound count shows a breakdown per warehouse.
- Active SKUs column in the storage tab: breakdown between in stock and inbound
(Breakdowns display based on warehouse filters, i.e., if filtered by just UK, only UK shows on hover, if filtered by all or none, then all warehouses that have had stock for that item at some point show)
Customizable Landing Page countries
You can now customize your target audience in Landing Pages! By default, all eligible countries for the campaigns linked to each Landing Page are shown. With the new settings, you can choose to display only selected countries on your Landing Page.
Collapsible side menu
You can now collapse and expand the side menu in Reachdesk. Collapse the menu to maximize your workspace while browsing, sending gifts, designing landing pages, or tracking gifting insights. Just click the arrow at the top of the menu to collapse it, and click it again to expand.
Sync Recipient Tax ID for Marketo Triggered Campaigns
If you have a triggered campaign connected to Marketo via a webhook, you can now sync the recipient's Tax ID from your Marketo instance to Reachdesk. As more countries require a Tax ID for successful gift delivery, this enhancement helps automate global gifting. To set this up, refer to our article on connecting Reachdesk with Marketo. In your webhook mapping file, use "taxId" as the variable to map to the appropriate field in Marketo.
