- New campaign experience! Our new and improved campaign experience is now officially live for all customers!
- Amazon Marketplace Campaigns! Get more personalized gift options from Amazon when building marketplace campaigns and marketplace automated campaigns. You can also use them on landing pages -- this is especially useful for the holiday season!
- Cancel event orders. You can now cancel event orders within a 7-day window, giving you flexibility in case of changes!

Amazon Campaigns
We’re excited to introduce Amazon Campaigns, a new way to list and send Amazon products through campaigns. You can now add any Amazon product to manual and automated Marketplace campaigns, create targeted messaging around specific items, and even showcase Amazon products on landing pages.
Automated workflows can trigger Amazon gifts across both People and Go-To-Market use cases, whether you are celebrating anniversaries and promotions or sending gifts when someone books a meeting, progresses through a deal stage, or becomes a customer.
Once an Amazon item is locked into a campaign, all orders, whether manual or automated, are fulfilled directly by Amazon and shipped straight to your recipient’s door, making gifting faster, simpler, and more scalable.

Cancel Event Orders from the platform
We’ve released the ability to cancel Event Orders directly from the platform. Orders now remain scheduled until 7 business days before the earliest delivery date, allowing you to cancel them if needed. After this 7-day window, orders are sent to our warehouse for processing and can no longer be changed. Orders placed within 7 business days of delivery will go straight to the warehouse and cannot be cancelled. This change makes managing Event Orders easier and reduces delays. Going forward, all orders should be cancelled via this route, and you do not need to contact our support team.
