Here are the key highlights from our June Product Update:

Amazon Gifting!
We’re excited to announce our new integration with the US Amazon Marketplace, allowing you to browse, select, and send Amazon products directly from within the Reachdesk platform, no need to visit Amazon separately. This powerful update vastly expands your gifting options, enabling hyper-personalized selections at a wide range of price points, all delivered straight to your recipient’s door.
Enable Amazon from your organization settings in the platform. Once enabled, all Empower the Sender campaigns will automatically have access, no need to toggle anything per campaign. You’ll be able to search live Amazon listings directly within Reachdesk, filtered by your campaign limits. This feature works seamlessly with all standard Marketplace campaign features, including budget controls, recipient choice, meeting links, bulk sending, and more!

Digital Gift Notes (For Amazon)
Unfortunately, Amazon does not have a way to request custom gift notes via their integration, so to ensure a full gifting experience, we have introduced Digital Gift Notes! These gift notes are crafted during the send flow and will trigger via email upon the Amazon delivery status being triggered. Once we hear from Amazon that it's been delivered, we will automatically send your gift note to your recipient.
Digital Gift Notes follow the branding guidelines found in your organization's branding settings, where background colors and logos will be replaced.
Event Returns US
We have launched Event Returns, starting with our US warehouse!
With this new feature, returning items from events in the US has never been easier. Simply request a return label during the event send flow, and a printed, sticky label will be provided in each outbound box to be used to return leftover items back, and will be checked in against an automatically generated SN.
No need to count, just package up neatly and ship back. (Strictly only items in the outbound order can be returned; any new items must be sent in under a new SN.)
We have 3 options to organize the return:
- Drop off at any FedEx drop point
- Schedule a pickup via phone
- Schedule a pickup via our NEW online returns portal

Address verification on physical gift sends
We have introduced a validation check on addresses in order to:
- Reduce the risk of delays and returns
- Reduce manual corrections from vendors and warehouse teams
- Improve delivery rates
This applies to gifts sent from campaigns, stock shipments for gifts sent to events, and large shipments.
When sending or claiming a gift from the address confirmation page, users will see an address suggestion if the address added cannot be verified or if there is a better address format is available. For any sends done via triggered campaigns, bulk sends CSV, and landing pages, the send will be pending if the address is unverified. Learn more about it here!

Add bundle handwritten note when sending via API
When sending bundle campaigns via our API, users can now pass the text in the bundle_handwritten_note field in our TriggerCampaign API. This allows customers to be able to personalize the note per recipient. Refer to our API documentation here.
Required unit cost for warehouse items
We are now making the unit cost required when creating or editing a warehouse item. Previously, this was only required when you planned to ship the item outside of our warehouse's trade zone.
This is useful for your reporting purposes if you want to take into account the item cost when seeing the gift spend and ROI calculations in the Insights tab. It will also help our warehouse understand the item value from an insurance perspective.
Gift status notifications in Slack
You can now integrate your Reachdesk account with Slack and receive important updates about your gift sends whenever the gift status changes.
Every time a user sends a gift, they will receive a Slack notification to let them know if the gift status has changed. They will be able to see the recipient's name and company, campaign name, gift name, gift cost, source, and status, and easily click on a button to see more details about the send at Reachdesk.
