Here are some of the highlights you can find on our July 2024 Product Update:
- We launched our Gong integration, to help customers view gifting activity within Gong's activity timeline, and send gifts from Gong Engage.
- We made our Product Roadmap available from Reachdesk, to help you stay informed about upcoming features and submit your ideas directly from Reachdesk.
- We introduced a couple of other enhancements, including how we sync gifting activity with Outreach, how we break down inventory totals across warehouses in our CSV exports, and how we give you the guidelines to ship items to our US warehouse.

Gong integration
With Reachdesk’s integration with Gong, GTM teams can track their gifting activity from Reachdesk within Gong, and send a gift directly from a Gong Engage email.
1. Track the status of all your gifting activity within Gong and easily follow up on important gifting milestones, such as when an eGift is clicked or claimed, or a physical gift has been delivered.
2. With Gong Engage, you can send gifts directly from a Gong email, without needing to download the Reachdesk chrome extension, or going to the Reachdesk website.

Product Roadmap available from Reachdesk
You can now view our product roadmap within Reachdesk. You can do so by visiting this link, or clicking on your user name at the top right of the page and then on Product Roadmap.
Here's what you can get from our Product Roadmap:
- Learn about what we are working on! Our product roadmap will show details about new features, enhancements, features in early access, and released features.
- Submit your feedback in 2 ways. (1) You can submit new feature requests by clicking on the "plus" icon. (2) You can send us feedback about or ask for early access to features in our roadmap that are under development. Simply click on the feature, select how important the feature is to your team, add your feedback and email, and click "submit".
Gift statuses as events with Reachdesk's Outreach App
Customers who have installed the Reachdesk app in Outreach will now see gift status changes as “events” in Outreach anytime they send a gift to an Outreach contact or to a recipient email that matches an Outreach contact’s email. They will appear in the activity feed of the contact with the Reachdesk logo. Since they are events, Outreach admins can configure Outreach triggers based on the “event” specified on the trigger, which can be any of the Reachdesk gift statuses available.
Simply install the Reachdesk app in Outreach, send a gift from the Reachdesk platform, chrome extension, or from Outreach and you will see gift status changes sync as "events" against the contact in Outreach.
Inventory breakdown by warehouse in CSV exports
Our inventory items CSV export now shows the stock and inbound counts for each SKU, broken down by warehouse. Previously, the total count of each SKU was combined across all warehouses, making it difficult to see where your stock was stored. This enhancement gives you better visibility and control over your inventory.
Updated US warehouse addresses based on carrier
The shipping address for our new US warehouse varies based on the carrier you use. Our warehouse is located on a large industrial estate, with a main address for most carriers and a slightly different address for USPS shipments to ensure they reach the correct postbox. You'll see both addresses when creating a shipment notice and in the confirmation email you receive afterwards. Read more about it here.
