Reachdesk AI
Reachdesk AI is a suite of AI-enhanced gifting solutions that aim to help organizations succeed with gifting. Reachdesk AI offers unique and personalized recommendations to every sender based on their role and goals. The first piece in the Reachdesk AI puzzle is messaging recommendations, which help customers create smart, effortless, and professional gift notes. Learn more and visit the Reachdesk AI page in our website.
Reachdesk Native App on Salesloft
Salesloft admins can now install Reachdesk in Salesloft. By installing the Reachdesk app:
- Salesloft users who have access to Reachdesk can send gifts directly from Salesloft - it’s a single install for all users!
- Users can send gifts directly from their Salesloft emails, or by running a cadence step that uses the Reachdesk app.
- Salesloft admins can use Salesloft Rhythm to create automatic follow-ups after recipients interact with their gifts. For example, you can send a follow-up email after an eGift is clicked or claimed to engage with prospects in a timely way.

Enhancements to the New eGift Experience
Since the launch of the eGift Unwrapping experience our data tells us that +90% of the time recipients visit the eGift page, they open their gift. We have made improvements to the experience for the recipients to cater to the majority. We have introduced an auto-open feature, which streamlines the flow, reduces clicks, and adds more excitement to the experience! This comes with an option to open the gift right away, by clicking on “Open now” and another option to opt-out, by clicking on “No, thanks”. Learn more.
Enhancements to Gift Card Details
A description of the redemption type for eGift Cards ('Instant' vs. 'Non-instant') is now available in-app. This information is available to senders and recipients. To find these descriptions, hover over the Instant/Non-instant badge inside the eGift modal and the description will show. We have also added a link to the Terms and Conditions of each eGift Card to the eGift modal, so senders and recipients can check them before choosing their card.
Restrict "Add Credit" to Admins, Campaign Managers and Wallet Owners
Previously, all users had access to add credit to any Reachdesk wallet. To provide more governance and control, we have updated the permissions so that:
- Admins and campaign managers have access to add credit to any Reachdesk wallet.
- Users who have a sender role can only add credit to a team wallet that they own (Review how to update team wallet owners in this article).
In the example below, the user is a sender and is the owner of the Account Managers AUD wallet:
Upcoming Warehousing Redesign
We are updating the Warehousing section of the Reachdesk platform. The new section will have a new look and improved layout, navigation, and guidance. This redesign will come with several updates, rolling out throughout the year. The first iteration introduces a menu restructure with updates to the tab names. Learn about this release and future improvements here.
Events Moved under Stock Shipments
With the launch of Stock Shipments earlier this year, we moved Event shipping under it. Stock Shipments is the centralized place for big orders from the warehouse. It includes Event Shipments, Large Shipments, and Warehouse Transfers. For the last month or so, the Events tab remained in the main nav bar with a redirect to Stock Shipments and a note that it would be deprecated at the end of March. The Events tab is now no longer available in the main nav bar, but you can create new Event shipments and browse past orders within Stock Shipments! Learn more.
Grouped Items Supported on Zapier and Landing Pages
Grouped Items (also called item collections before the warehousing redesign) enable admins and campaign managers to easily group certain items that recipients can choose from. For example, you can group multiple sizes of the same t-shirt and let the recipient pick their size when claiming. Read more about grouped items.
Bundle campaigns with grouped items now with the following:
- Reachdesk's Zapier integration.
- Landing pages created by our Professional Services team.
In both cases, grouped items will be sent with the minimum quantity specified on the bundle campaign Zapier and Landing Pages are connected to. Sends with grouped items require users to receive an email to choose their preferred item and confirm their address, so addresses don't need to be collected via Zapier or Landing Page.
Stay tuned for next month's updates!
